Formed in 2012, Multirez Capital has continued to develop efficient and affordable housing in strategic locations within the National Capital Region. Stefano Ferrante attended Algonquin College completing a three year business administration concentrating in Finance, while earning a CFP designation. Stefano began investing in rental properties in 2002 while operating a successful construction contracting business. Since 2002 Stefano has become an expert in the rental and property management business with very close to 100 doors under ownership. Stefano also has a vast amount of knowledge and experiences in the land development and project management side of the real estate business. He now spends his days scouring Ontario’s grass roots communities for hidden gems and land development opportunities. Stefano is responsible for the financing and acquisition function of Multirez Capital.
Marcin Kozniewski came to Canada in 1997 when he was 20 years old. He received his education in Europe and upon moving to Canada he started building houses with his Grandfather. Since then he has ventured in all avenues of business. In 1998 Marcin started his own hardwood and covering flooring company and worked for renowned builders such as Mattamy and Minto. In 2008 Marcin started and managed a granite import and export company where he managed supplies coming in from all over the world to warehouses in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa. Marcin has made many property investments and marked the real estate industry.
Drew Bertrend is from Brockville, Ontario. After serving five years in the Canadian Armed Forces, he completed his accounting diploma at Algonquin College. After working in the accounting industry for four years, he started his own accounting business. Drew has always had a passion for real estate and purchased his first rental property when he was 21. He is now an investor and the Controller for Multirez Capital.
